Shipping policy

At Eagle Valley Cutlery, we understand how important your order is. Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please be aware that high volumes of orders or postal service disruptions may cause delays beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer a $4.95 flat rate shipping across the United States.

We also provide free shipping for orders over $75.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping that is calculated at checkout.

Please Note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Eagle Valley Cutlery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Status and Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow time for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customersupport@eaglevalleycutlery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that due to carrier limitations, we do may be limited to shipping options.

Damage

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customersupport@eaglevalleycutlery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Insurance

Insurance is advised in case of loss or not received packages.  Eagle Valley Cutlery is not responsible for packages that are shown to be delivered by carrier but not received by customer.
