I was very happy with customer service. Updating when my oder was shipped and the speedy service. The blades are absolutely fantastic. I use them for skinning deer.

Great service & great knife

I was very impressed with my Eagle Valley Cutlery. I ordered engraving and the customer service rep reached out indicating their engraver was down but was due to be serviced several days later. I said this was a time sensitive order. The rep asked when I needed to receive delivery. The next communication was a shipment notification after which I received the knife exactly when I asked to receive it. The knife was beautiful! My husband who is a knife enthusiast was over the moon with the look, feel, and comfortability. I'm so glad I chose to purchase from Eagle Valley Cutlery.
