This version features a blade made from Spyderco's proprietary CPM SPY27 steel, which enhances VG-10 with added carbon, molybdenum, vanadium, niobium, and nitrogen. Crucible® Industries' particle metallurgy process creates a uniform microstructure, boosting edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance.
