Crafted in South Australia and part of Koi Knives' Aviary Series, the "Kookaburra" is the largest bird in the Kingfisher family, known for its distinctive laugh this is Australia's most famous bird . The handle is made from a light maple wood and complemented by a turquoise-infused resin. The blade features a Sheepsfoot design, made from 14C28N Sandvik Swedish Steel, known for its excellent balance of sharpness, corrosion resistance, and edge retention.
