Bear & Son 2247R - Rosewood Muskrat

This is a very nice knife, that would be fine for EDC. As a collector, there are some minor flaws in the fit and finish. The handle scales do not fit exactly right, with gapping along the backsprings and high edges, one on the right side of the knife and one on the left. The knife has good walk and talk. I like the "easy open" cutout on either side of the knife. However, with the nail nick placement, the knife would be virtually impossible to open without them. One blade is nicely centered, while the other is slightly off center, but doesn't seem to be dragging the liner. As I stated, as an EDC this would be a good little knife. Collectors tend to be a bit "nit picky".
